It's not my habit to write a journal, but here the answers to a few questions.
All photos in my gallery were taken from me and are not stock-photos.
The most of the photos were taken in "Tierwelt Herberstein" [link] , a zoo near my home.
There are 2 wolfpacks: 13 grey wolves (canis lupus occidentalis) and 5 arctic wolves (canis lupus arctos)
in big enclosures. Since 14 years i visit the zoo (especially the wolves) almost every week.
In this long time, i've taken a lot of photos on 35 mm film and since nearly 2 years digital.
If the comment says: "low quality scan" it's one of the old photos taken with negative film and scanned
with a normal pc-scanner.
If the photo was taken in another zoo than Herberstein i note it in the comment.
To prevent ripping, i watermarked the photos.
Photo equipment: Canon EOS 1D mark III, Canon EOS 50D
Canon EF 100-400mm f4,5-5,6 L IS, Canon EF 70-200mm f2,8 L IS
Canon EF extender 1,4X, Canon EF extender 2X,
tripod, flashlight (never used), binocular,
and a lot of time, patience and love to the animals.
